Our Doxie Pal Red

We are posting an update on our pal,Red. Red was attacked by another bigger doxie earlier this spring. He was badly injured. His Momma has been posting updates on him. He has to have surgery for his broken jaw,broken nose and teeth. His Mom is working very hard in her community to try and raise the money for a very expensive surgery.
We'd just wanted to leave his ID number:608510...so you could see how beautiful his long hair was before they had to shave him to find all his injuries. Red has a diary and a picture posted after the Fur Doc shaved him. The poor baby!

We have posted below the latest update from his Mom for our pals to read. We are just asking you to pray for his recovery. Pray his Mom can raise enough money for him to have this surgery soon,so he can recover. If you have time, VISIT his page and leave messages of encouragement to his Mom. Just breaks our little heart to know he has such a long road ahead of him to recover.

There isn't to much new news about our Red's progress. He is still having a hard time eating and mama Nancy is still having to give Red his water with a syringe. He is still in a lot of pain from the teeth that got knocked loose and didn't tighten back up. They will have to be removed.

We have a great start on the Fund Raiser mama Nancy is pulling together. She just finished counting out the six garbage bags of cans and bottles her Computer Dr gave her. There was 325 and tomorrow their daughter wants mama Nancy to go back down as she has a bunch more cans and bottles for her.

The yard sale is coming together and she is putting Donation Jars out around town. Most here know and love our Red. Many have gotten his babies. We have to collect $700 for Red's surgery.

Keep us in your prayers that we collect what we need and that our Red will be able to have his surgery soon. Until he has his surgery he isn't going to be able to eat but three or four bites and take his water by syringe. His tongue hitting those loose teeth is very painful. The holes where the teeth were knocked out are not filling in so they will have to be surgically repaired. They are open and also painful. All he can eat is soft foods.

Omg, how terrible ! I didn't see any Diary Entry from her on the page. That poor baby, I pray he will be ok. Our Pongo still has some scar tissue from his attack from the St Bernard. I will send a POTP for him, Mazy !

Thank you pals...Red's Momma who is a grandma and a great grandma is holding yard sales, baking cookies and has donation jars out around the community. She is working very very hard to put together the money for Red's surgery.

I wanted to box and ship all Grandpa's cans to Red's house...
Cuz, Gpa gives them to the grandkids and they buy thunder boomers with the money. I don't like fireworks!
Gma said, Oregon was too far. So she gave me a card and I stuffed some of my piggy bank in there... Cuz, I don't need so many toys....Red needs his surgery!

Gma had to have jaw surgery so she said, she knows how poor little Red is feeling. We sure hope it won't take long to have enough for the surgery. We thank everyone for all their prayers. MAIZY THANK YOU FOR THAT LINK...WE GAVE IT TO RED'S MOMMA AND SHE HAS SET SOMETHING UP WITH THE VET....wE SO APPRECIATE THE INFORMATION YOU GAVE US.

I hope one of them comes thru for her ❤ We're going to Tipper's house tomorrow for a BBQ, it's supposed to be in the 90's ,,,,Sheesh ! Hope everyone has a great weekend !
Mama's surgery is scheduled for June 1st , be there at 11:00 am., she may be in 5 days....she wasn't too happy to hear that...we'll see howthings go ! Good luck with the financial help ❤
