Today was my 13-week old birthday, and Mom took me to Colonial Williamsburg to celebrate. My goodness, there were a lot of people there for a Wednesday! I got to meet dozens of people, lots and lots of kids (my favorite!) and even got to watch the horses pull a carriage around Palace Green. Ok, maybe that part was a little scary, but I was very brave and Mom fed me liver treats, so it was totally worth it. I even rode in an elevator for the first time in the parking garage. Mom still won't follow me to all the good places, but if I slow down and walk with her, we get other places faster. Why is she so hard to train?!

Of course, everyone loved me, and everyone wants to know what the heck I am. So, for the record, I am not a Labradoodle, Chesapeake Bay Retriever, Portuguese Water Dog (really people??), Boykin Spaniel, or an American Water Spaniel. I am a super-duper Curly Coated Retriever! Mom says she's going to get a t-shirt made.
