Arrival Story:
I was looking around in the Amarillo news paper on line. My family lives there so I like to see what is going on. I went to the classified and was looking around when I saw Female Basset Hound. So I though I would give them a call. I learn she was a year old, and they were wanting to place her due to lack of time. I did tell her that Freddie could ajust to their time with them. We went to Amarillo for Christmas. So the day after Christmas we went to get Freddie. She cried most of the way home. When she first got here she was afraid of all of us. So we gave her a few days to ajust and it was not long till she learned there was nothing to be afraid of and that she could actually play with Hawkeye, Coco and Precious. I did worry a little bit about her and the cats, and soon learn that was a needless worry as she was more afraid of them then they were of her. So she really has had not intrest in the cats from day one. Now that she has been here a while you can see here ever now and then with one of them rubbing up against her. It is soooo cute.

Bio:
We are all Happy that Freddie chose us as her second family. The Country Bumpkins have come to Love her as well. You can wake up one morning and come out of the bedroom to this Chi chasing her around the house as she does the Basset 500 Nickcazillon times. Oh and the first time she gave me the look my Heart melted cause there nothing more meaning to one as the look is.
