Growlmy got up early to take me for a walk...but not early enough...the thunder had made itself known, and the radar showed a big red and orange blob...coming to cover our area...Shucks! Thunderstorms are one of the few things that stop us from going for a walk. Hopefully it won't be too warm later, when the storm lets up. As if we needed any more rain this soon. At least my boss-boy and unfurbro got the lawn mowed and trimmed, yesterday.
I don't like the thunderstorms either and I usually go and shake like a leaf somewhere... Well, I am not scared of storms...I bark at them to scare them away... There is now 1.5" in our rain gauge...so that it 3.5" in 3 days...no wonder some places in our county are under a flood watch/warning! Well, it is brightening up,now so soon I will get my walk in! Yeah! Woofs! Maybe I should try to bark at them...I sure do hope that you will get your walk in today, it's suppose to be 91 degrees here today...yuck!!! I gess I r in da minority cuz funnerstorms du nod attwact any attenshun fwum me, Zaidie!! I jus' go 'bout my bizness :) Me too Zaidie. But I don't like when my walks get cancelled cause of them. |
