Best Tricks:

Arrival Story:
My friend told me that she worked with a woman who had found him at an elementary school wandering around. She didn't want him to get hit by the school buses. She posted signs but no one replied. Finally she was able to trace him back through his microchip to the breeder he came from. Come to find out, his owner had recently passed away and the guy who "inherited" the dog didn't really want anything to do with him. The man was an alcoholic and gave up his rights to the dog. Agneau (we changed his name to that) didn't appear to have been abused, but perhaps a little neglected. You could feel all the bones in his body, but we quickly got him to gain some weight. We had him over a 3-day weekend in February of 2003, only two weeks after my little Maltese had died, and we fell in love with him. He had no bad habits and was just the sweetest dog ever. He never left and we adopted him right after that weekend!!
