Woo Hoo!

I got to go with my brothers to the pet resort this weekend. We had great fun! Mom took the big dogs with her so us little guys got a suite all to ourselves.

They went to see Grandma and go hiking. She said she wants to take me sometime because I'm so full of energy. I would love to go. Maybe she will take me next time. Marino said he went a couple of times. He even got to ride in a boat at the end of one hike. That sounds great!

For now I will be happy with the pet resort. We get a TV in our room and our own beds, plus we get to run around and play ALL day. That is pure heaven for an ADD dog like me.

Well gotta go now. There are balls to chase and toys to squeak.

New Playmates

The last time I wrote I was very sad about my sister, Jillian. Well, I am still sad about that but now I have two brothers to make up for her. Mom found a puppy at work and brought him home for us to train and then find a home but nobody wanted him (too bad because he's a good guy) and then Otis showed up. Now I run and play nearly all day! What a life!

My Sister Not Coming Home?

Hello Dogsters. Mom just told me something very sad. She says my sister, Jillian, isn't coming home. She says she had something very bad and the doctor couldn't take it out or fix it.

I am Soooo Sad. Jillian is the only sister I ever had and we came at the same time from the rescue shelters.

I don't feel like playing ball. I think I will go lay down with Mom now. She needs it since she has lost 2 horses, 2 dogs and and a cat in a year.

VACATION!

Wow! We got to go to a dog resort for a mini vacation. I got to stay in a suite with Marino that had a TV! The best part was that we got to play all day. There is an indoor/outdoor play yard and lots of dogs my size to run around with. We did get to go in the big dog yard and play with our sister, Jillian. She only had one other playmate and they wanted company. We ran like banshees for four days. We had to go in for nap time in the early afternoon and, believe it or not, I actually slept. I heard something about daycare there. That sounds like fun to me!

Mom says we are going back again this weekend. This time Zack gets to come with us. I hope he doesn't worry too much. I can't wait to go again.

Weekend!

Another great weekend has past. We did something fun each day. I liked the day at the park the best. Mom bought a new arm at Petsmart and it can throw the ball REALLY FAR. Marino and I chased the ball across the park for a couple of hours. I never get tired! Even Daddy came and hung out with us that day. What a great family weekend!

What's A Marathon?

Mommy and Daddy have gone off to a marathon. I'm not sure what that is but they were pretty nervous about it. Mommy gets up every morning and runs for something she is nervous about. I don't get it. Jillian said Mommy and daddy will be running further than she ever did.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Happy New Year everybody! We had a great weekend even though it rained. Our grandma came down to visit us and stayed for the whole holiday weekend.

Christmas!

Yeah for Christmas! What a day. Santa Claus put all kinds of goodies in our stockings. He even remembered special, Newman's Own, treats for me that won't make me itch. WOW!

Our friends brought us bags filled with toys and goodies. My favorites are the squeaky toys. I have been playing with the same two all day. Mom keeps telling me her arms are tired, but I say, as long as I can still wag my tail and bring them back she has to keep throwing.

I can't to tell my friends at the dog park about Christmas!

WHAT A WEEKEND!

Wow! I had such a fantastic weekend. We saw SANTA CLAUS! I couldn't believe it. I was so excited that I tried to lick his beard off (Hey, at least I didn't pull it). I asked for dog treats that won't make my skin itch, but that was about it. After all, what more could a guy want. He has a mom and dad who take him to the park and a warm house to sleep inside and brothers and sisters to play with. Oh yeah, and lots of squeaky toys!

So Happy!

I love being rescued! I've started sleeping on the bed now. I used to get up there and be a wild little dog but I learned that if I lay down and relax I get to stay. Marino says he should be the only dog on the bed, but it's KING SIZE! There's plenty of room. We've been going to the park and the stable and, best of all, Petsmart. Mommy is going to start jogging with me a little bit to see how I do. She says I need the activity. I want to go to agility classes but first I have to learn to sit still and pay attention to mommy.

I hope the sanctuary hears how happy I am!
