Oh Hi!

Hiya, pups! It's been a while since my last diary! See, May is a super busy time in Momma and Daddy's lives, cause there's tons of birthdays and Mother's Day and communion parties and planting the garden and blah blah blah. So MY computer time has been cut way short. WAY short. That's ok, though. Momma says the school is winding down and pretty soon she'll be home with me for summer vacation! WOO HOO! I LOVE me some summer vacation! Momma says the days of school left are in the teens. I don't do numbers, but Momma says it feels like there's a gazillion years to go, so it must be a long time.

I'm going on my own summer vacation again this year to Grammy's house when Momma and Daddy go swimming with the sharks in the South Carolina place. I miss them while they're gone, but BOY do I get spoiled at Grammy and Pap Pap's house! So many snuggles and hugs and kisses and walks and romps in the yard and my best good friend Natalie comes to visit and play...plus Grammy sneaks me a little more treats than Momma does! BOL!!

ACHOOOOOO!

I've been hearing lots of ACHOOOOOOOOOOs lately, pups. It's finally sort of spring around here, and with spring comes Momma and Daddy's allergies. Daddy cut the grass for the first time in forever last week, and I've been a good helper by eating the bunches of grass left behind. I have a green beard and everything! Tee hee! Momma is not amused. She says it makes her allergies worse to have me licking her face with a beard full of grass. Hmph.

In other news, Momma has friends coming over again on Saturday to talk about yarn and string and stuff. That lady is bringing her baby again, and guess what? I get to go to Grammy's house to sit on a different baby!! Wait...that's not right...what was it again, Momma? OOOOOOOh...I'm going to Grammy's to be babysat. BOL! I barked so much at that lady's baby last time that Momma's giving me the boot. That's ok, I love Grammy and Pap Pap. AND, when Momma's friends go home, all my Aunties and Uncles and my best good friend Natalie and Joshie are coming over for a birthday party for my Auntie Donna! It's gonna be the best day EVER!

It's My Birthday!

It's my birthday, pups, and all of you have made it SO special! I've gotten so many presents it's CRAZY! Even my VET sent me a birthday card! And you know what's the best part about it? Momma stayed home with me today! SHE says it's cause she had the urka gurkas last night, but I know it's really cause I'm the birthday boy.

Prayers Please

Momma is sad tonight, pups. One of her students is very very sick, and has been in and out of the hospital and ICU since late February. Momma can't give any details cause of privacy laws, but do you pups and your peeps mind including him in your prayers? She can't say his name, but please...he's not doing very well...

POP Needed!

Most of you pups know Ebby and Ceeley, right pups? Ebby is my sweet sweet Valentine, and I haven't heard from her or Ceeley in a while, so I wrote them a note, cause I was getting worried. Turns out their Paw Paw is sick with the nasty c-word and Auntie has been busy taking care of him, so she hasn't been able to help the pups update their diaries!! Paw Paw needs our prayers and POP!! So let's band together, pups, and send up all the prayers and POP we can muster so that Paw Paw gets better real soon!!

HEY! That's MY Couch!!!

Grammy came over today, pups, and she brought Thumper with her. Thumper is Grammy's mini schnauzer, for those who don't know. Anyhow, Thumper isn't a very good visitor. He likes when people come to his house, not going out. Well, there he was, roaming around the living room, when he lifted his leg and peed on my couch!! MY COUCH!! Grammy started screaming, Daddy picked him up and threw him outside, and Momma was just laughing and laughing.

I did NOT think it was funny. Neither did Grammy. She said she was very embarrassed. I wasn't embarrassed, I'm just mad that he tried to claim my couch as his!!!

Oops.

Happy Easter, pups! Once again, the Dogster gift shop is too much for Momma to use correctly. So you probably all got 2 Easter baskets from us...lol. That's ok, that's just more treats for everyone, right? Right!!

Hi Pals!

Hi, pups! I know I haven't been on here much lately! I've been SUPER BUSY, cause it's spring now, even though it's snowed more in the spring this year than in the winter BOL!

Spring means Pap Pap's birthday, where I get to go run around Grammy's house and play with Natalie, my best good friend.

Spring also mean bunnies!!! BUNNY POOH!! My favorite treat! Momma says that's gross, but I don't care.

Spring also means BIRDIES! Birdies to chase and bark at! Birdies mean baby birdies, too. I wonder if I'll find any baby birdies in the yard again this year.

And spring of course means Easter. When I get to be a social butterfly and go visiting to Grammy and Thumper's house!! I can't wait!

I hope every pup has a wonderful Easter (if your family celebrates it) and don't eat any chocolate bunnies!!

I'm A-OK!

You were right, pups. I DID go to the vet yesterday! But it was ok. The worst part was standing on the table. Why do they make them so slippery?!?! Anywoof, the vet loves me and says I'm so handsome and that I have beautiful eyelashes *blushes* Oh, and I'm healthy, too BOL!

Where Am I Going?

Momma says we're going for a car ride tomorrow, pups, but she won't tell me where we're going, which makes me suspicious. She'd tell me if we were going someplace good, like either Grammy's houses or to get my hairs cut or my Auntie Cole's house. Then she told Daddy that if he gets home before her tomorrow he needs to get a stool sample. Hm.

Now where do you think I'm going that we need to take a chair with us?
