Momma has not been very good about helping me update my diary, pups. She hasn't even changed my background to something Eastery! She can't help it though.

Momma had a bit of a health scare last week, but don't worry pups, she's FINE. It turns out that Momma wasn't sick at all, but her brain is overworked. That's what the doctor said. That her brain is under too much stress for too long and it's making her think she's sick with really bad things when she's as fit as a fiddle. I've seen fiddles, pups. I don't know that I'd call them "fit". Skinny, maybe. Anywoof, Momma and her doctor talked about it, and Momma says she's proud to say that she's going to get the help that she needs. The doctor was shocked when Momma told her some of the terrible things that have happened over the past few years and said it was a miracle that Momma was up and functioning at all. And you know what, pups? Momma said "You're right, Doctor lady! And it's time I did something about it!" So she is.

I'm very proud of Momma. See, I'm a good Nurse for her, and I listen to everything she has to say. I comfort her when she's scared, and I lick away her leaky eye drops. But Momma says she's just not herself and she's tired of it.

Personally, I was hoping the doctor would tell Momma that a cure would be taking me for more walks and a daily dose of cheese, but nope. Momma said we could compromise on the walk thing but not the cheese. Boo.

While we haven't posted much ourselves, we HAVE been reading all my friends' diaries! We may not always comment on them, but we're reading! Promise!!

My momma says to tell your momma that she has taken a big step in talking to her doctor. Take it one day at a time and Fizzy will be there, as well as all of us!

You take very good care of your Momma! Sometimes it is very difficult but things can and will get better. So glad your Momma was brave to go see the doctor.

There is the human sayin', 'If Momma ain't happy, ain't nobody happy!", or sumptin like that. Glad she is physically ok and she is on her way to gettin' her stress under control. Yay fur Momma!

Fizzy, we understand. Momma's not been keeping our diaries up either but she reads everpups like you do! I think the humans just have wayyyy too busy lives! Your momma will be ok, and walks will actually be good for her too, so keep on her about it! I'm actually the newest pup in our family but mom says I'm like a little healer dog. Momma had those leaky eyes yesfurday and I laid beside her and lick them and cleaned her all up and made her smile. I think we help our momma's a lot more than we know! (((((HUGSSSS))))))
