What A Chocolatey Mess!

You all know that Momma is a bit clumsy, right pups? I'm pretty sure I've mentioned it before. Disaster just seems to follow her everywhere.

Today started off normally enough. Me and Momma snuggled. Daddy got up and fed me. Me and Momma snuggled some more. Daddy went over to his friend's house, so me and Momma were just chilling. She called Grammy (who has a bad cold) and Grammy asked her to go to the store for her and then bring me over for a visit. OK! Momma got it in her head to make these chocolate cookies, so she wrote down the ingredients and went to the store. When she came back, we went for a nice visit to Grammy's house! I love Grammy's house!

When we got home, Momma started to make the cookies. Now keep in mind, pups, in all her gazillion years on earth, Momma has NEVER used cocoa powder. She was surprised, actually. She's used chocolate chips a lot, but never chocolate powder. So she was a little surprised at how...floofy the powder was. Pups, there was chocolate powder EVERYWHERE. She actually put up the baby gate so I couldn't get in the kitchen cause it was all over the floor! And in her hair! She said she bets next time she blows her nose she'll have chocolate boogers!!! Interesting...

I didn't get one taste of that chocolate powder....
