I'm not sick pups, so don't worry. Tomorrow I'm going for my yearly v-e-t exam, and Momma's a little panicky.

There's nothing wrong. I'm acting totally normal and fine. It's just my exam. But Momma gets scared everytime she takes me to the v-e-t- now, after that one disastrous time she took me when I was peepsing blood.

See, she thought I just had maybe a bladder infection. But when she took me and they dropped that huge bomb in her lap about (very expensive) surgery for bladder stones and a restricted diet for the rest of my life, well...she said she can count on one hand the number of times she got news that made her blood run cold, and that was one of them. She says she just went numb in that v-e-t's office. So now she gets scared.

Plus I'm going to a new v-e-t. Daddy was very unhappy how my old one handled me being super sick this summer, and I ended up in the emergency v-e-t for 2 days, which could have been avoided if the old v-e-t had given me a shot to stop all the bloody pooh and urka gurkaing. But he wouldn't give me the shot, and I got very very sick. So we're going to a new v-e-t, the same one my Uncle Thumper and cousin Winnie go to. They're supposed to be very nice, but Momma was used to the old v-e-t, who even took care of her guinea pigs forever ago.

She's not QUITE on the ceiling (yet), but she's getting a little bit nervous, cause she says if anything happens to me she'll be crushed. So if you pups can say a little POP for her (and me, just in case) I'd really appreciate it. Thanks pals!

Yup, Zaidie is right...a vodka drip and a huge dose of Fizzy licks from you!

Fizzy! How did it go? We never read dogster yesterday (sheesh, secrematary falling down on the job), so we didn't know you had to go to the V-E-T. Sending belated hugs and kisses!
