I just talked to the tech who's been looking after Fizzy this whole time. She said he's a bit more perky than before, and he's sitting up and checking things out as opposed to sleeping like he was. She had just given him water right before I called, and she said when she walked in he wagged his nub!! WAG THAT NUB FIZZY!!!

Internal medicine is not open on Sundays, so he can't have the ultrasound until Monday. The vet wrote down that if he was feeling super good tomorrow he can come home and then we can take him back Monday for the test. I told them if he needs to stay until Monday, it's ok. I'd rather be lonely for an extra day than him come home still sick.

BUT HE WAGGED HIS NUB!! WOO HOO!

EDIT: They're going to try feeding him around 8, and they told me to call back around 9:30 to see if he holds it down. HOLD IT DOWN FIZZY!!!!

Way to go Fizzy! Wag that nub, just don't overdo and wear yourself out!
Here's hoping you will be able to come home tomorrow. That will help all of you feel better. Imagine the cuddling and spoiling you will get!
