Arrival Story:
I got pepper from a newspaper ad. She was the last one, the runt. At 8 weeks she was 1.1 pounds. I thought she would be 5 or 6 pounds when she grew up. She fooled me, she's 11 pounds now. I originally got her with the idea of her being my physical therapy/exercise coach. She started doing other things for me, and I trained her to be my service dog. She had knee surgery on both rear legs, so she doesn't need more walking than I can do.

On Friday December 4, 2009, a dear friend of mine, Toby, went to the bridge. I just found out today and am very sad. I miss him. He was a very special Pom who was very loved and loved his mom very much.
