My Sister made it.

Penny made it here. It seems so long since I've seen her. She looks and smells the same. It took me a little while to figure out who these people were..............IT'S MY MOM AND DAD and Penny. I've been living here for so long with a big dog and little dog. They are fun but when Penny came back it was like old times We played games in the back yard like catch me if you can (she can't I'm way to fast)She ate with us and had a sleep over, but then she left again but then came back a couple days later. She say's we can't all be together till our parents find a house we all can live in. That's OK as long as we get to play with each other once in a while. It's just like old times. Mom says I won't be on dogster till we get our own home so hopefully that will be soon.

I am Still here

I thought I would let all my pup friends know I'm still here. I am living with my mom's sister and my human sister on the island. Things are going great. But my mom thought I should let you know she has gotten a part time job that has turned into full time and she comes home late and has no energy to do all my memos. So I think it might be a while before you see me more active on Dogster. But don't worry everything is good. I hope you all have a great Halloween and I will be back.

Night One

Night One is done. All went well. Still trying to get use to the older grouchy dog. Does want to play just growls. I have a nice big yard on the ocean with lots of birds. I like chasing birds. We went for a walk with the other dogs today. And I am eating and pooping just fine, ( In case your are wondering)

Half way there.

Well I'm half way to Vancouver Island. I just would like to admit something. I I I I I have never pooped any where except my own yard and so far I haven't done anything on this trip. I'm going to try and wait till the morning maybe by then I won't be so shy.

We are moving..................................

We are moving. We are moving to my Mom and Dad's home town island.
I think my parents have had enough of -40c and 6 months of snow. I guess they would rather have the rain. This Saturday I am going alone with out Penny. We have to be separated for a while. I'm traveling with my big human sister and going to my mom's sisters house in Victoria, BC where there are two older dogs. I'm kinda scared of traveling in the car all that way. We are going to take two days to get there. We have to take an hour and a half ferry ride near the end of our trip...............hope its a smooth ride. I'm going to miss Penny and my mom, maybe she will give me a phone call.

YIPPEEEEE

YIPPEEEE WE WOKE UP TO SNOW TODAY. MAY 29 2010. WE GOT ABOUT 3 INCHES. WE LOVE TO RUN AROUND IN THE SNOW AND EAT IT YUMMY.

Where have I been You ask

Where have I been? Hmmmmm don't really know. Every day is rolling into the other. Penny and I have been watching the snow melt, then playing lots outside in the sun shine. Been barking at all the people who walk pass our back yard. Oh and I just love to try and catch those birds flying around in the sky or just sitting on the fence. I was suppose to go to Victoria with Penny and My mom and dad but that never happened. Apparently I whine too much. So we just had fun staying home with our human sisters. I think it's time for another haircut......or maybe I will wait since it is SNOWING AGAIN. I love to eat the snow. But it sure is windy. Oh well I am sure the nice weather will come back soon. Mom will be happy about that....she hates having to wipe our feet every time we go out side for a pee or play. Penny is still chasing me lots. It's lots of fun. Loving my naps. That's about it. I am still around but my typist gets busy doing other things.... think I might fire her.

Happy Barkday to Me

Hey everyone.....thanks for the barkday wishes. I got some new stuffies that I think my mom is going to take back to Costco. I didn't even have them 15 minutes and they were already coming apart. (3pack of tub creatures with ties hanging) and I got a yummy elk bone filled with marrow. Yum and of course I had to share with Penny. I don't mind she shares her stuff too. Mom and Dad are heading West to Victoria and are not taking us. She says I whine too much in the car when we just travel around home. She thinks a 14 hours car ride is too long for a ONE YEAR old puppy. Oh well Penny and I will get spoiled from my human sisters. Penny and I are soooooooo happy the snow has finally melted. We just love running around in the back yard. We go around and around the garden shed. We found a place to go under our new deck but Dad ruined all the fun and put a board up. There are lots of barking noises outside now. I try to bark back but mom keep telling quiet and then we come inside. We also can see out our top bedroom window and there is this big golden colour dog across the street that I growl at but once again mom says no barking or growling. She's such a party pooper. How else am I going to show her I will look after her. Well guess that it. We will see you around dogster. Muzzles Abby

I got a HAIRCUT

I got a hair cut.......major hair cut. I like it. : )

I got to Sleep with MOM

Penny and I got to sleep with mom for the hole night. I loved sleeping between in feet at the bottom of the bed. But for some reason we only got to do it one night. Dad was out of town for 4 nights but we only sleeped in mom's bed the one night. I think I heard her telling dad on the phone that it won't be happening again. She didn't get much sleep/ What's her problem I got lots and so did Penny. People humm. Our breakfast and Dinners have been yummy, always has chopped up apple in it. And we have been getting lots of oops I dropped that food. Yum. The weather is getting warmer so we have been playing out side for longer times. There still is about 8" of snow still on the ground. It harden but the odd step crashed through. Fun. Mom cleaned our large pillow in our bed, now we are going to have to re scent it with our smell. No problem there.
