Mama an me was comin home frum Dixie house an we hitted a car. WE'S OK! The uvver car goed 'way. It's jus' a minor axident but da airbags blew up an SKEERED me. Mama drived to a parkin lot an gotted me outta da car. She putted my leash on an tie me to a bench. OH MY DOGNESS!! Da car was makin all kinda loud noise. Fine'ly a nice man made da noise stop. Mama can still drive a truck but it stink from da airbags.

Af'er da noise stop, I dinnit wanna goes back ina truck. I's skeered. Mama talked me into it but I sitted ona floor ina back. I was still skeered but me & mama wasn' hurted. Mama not sure what she gonna do cuz insurance not gonna pay fur it an mama don' has a reg'lar job. She'll figger out sumpin. Mos' important is nobody gotted hurt.

What do you mean the other car went away?!?!? They hit you and LEFT???
I'm glad you're okay!! Hopefully it won't cost too much to fix the car :(

They dinnit hits us--we hitted dem, ina back. Yep, they jus' lef'. Mama say leas' she dinnit gets a ticket cuz it was all her fault. We's stopped at a light. Da light goed green an mama started to go, but da truck in front dinnit go.

From lil Bear's mama,

We were not hurt but lil Bear has been subdued since the accident. I've checked him all over and there doesn't appear to be any physical injuries. Fortunately the seat was pushed all the way back and he was leaning sideways against the back of the seat.
Lil Bear is never subdued and I'm a little concerned. Perhaps we will attempt another car ride tonite. I don't want him afraid of car rides.

I bet it was the air bag that has him a little subdued. Why won't insurance pay for it?

I's ok. Me & mama wen' for 'nuvver car ride. I wasn' skeered. Mama a'ready checked me all ofur an I dinnit flinch er nuffin. She check my legs an no yelps. So, I's all good.

Oh, Lil Bear, that's a scary thing fur the air bags to go off on you! You is such a brave, brave doggy to go back in the car and not be scared! Good fur you and your mama that you both are not hurt!

I'm so glad you are ok. Mommy is always worried about the airbags when I ride in the front. I'm sure now I'll be banned to the back seat. *big hugs*

OMD!! We're glad that you and your Mom are okay.

That must have been really scary. I love going in the car, but after something like that I might be scared to get back in.

I hope everything is okay.
