So Much Work, Time for a Road Trip!

What a full day! I spent all morning (2 1/2 hours) lying in a corner while Mom got dental work. The dr. couldn't get her numb. She had a cup over her nose with hoses coming out of it so she would relax, but it took forever to get the drilling done. She and the dr. thought maybe that's because she takes so much medicine. Her liver just pulls the poison out as fast as they put it in. The Boss was with us for the first couple of hours. She just sat there reading a book. She was there to make sure I was on the job, but not reactive to the drill or any of that. Hey, easy peasy. When are they going to get that I get it?

This afternoon, we went over to assist in a make-up class for Baby, the dog who missed class Tuesday night. Mom threw the ball for me for awhile first--love that. I got to demonstrate "stay" and a "controlled release" and a "finish," then back to my mat to snooze.

After dinner, Mom gave me a bath. now, I'm all poofy. She has a big bag on the couch with my folding crate and bedding, food, toys, a bowl and a bagful of her stuff. ROAD TRIP! We're headed for a big dog show in San Francisco in the morning. One thing is for sure, my life is NEVER boring.
