Here comes another week and another set of training classes. It's SO cold in the training room, even with the big heaters going. Everybody up and working is fine, but I'm lying on my blanket curled up in a little ball while Mom is trying to get her freezing feet in front of the heater. It's a good thing the class is interesting because it helps keep Mom's mind off her frozen toes. Too bad she doesn't have fur around them like mine. Humans are built so inefficiently--the two-legged thing is awkward and then they have to put stuff on their bodies before they go out. I agree, though, they aren't as naturally beautiful as we dogs are.

It has been raining and raining and raining. Blecch. I don't mind it too much just to go outside to potty, but I'd love to spend some time outside playing. Mom threw my ball for me before class at The Boss' house. I love that huge yard and there's no goose poo in it like at the park. It's just boring to be in the house all day and only get a few minutes of ball-chasing in. Maybe tomorrow it'll clear up...

You mom could go to an outdoor store on to the REI.com page on the internet and order herself some of these super dooper winter socks. They are great! They keep your feet nice and warm.
Yeah, humans are softies. Mom is, too.. It's 52 degrees and she has the heat up to 70something.
Unbelievable.

My mom got some of those foot warmer patches that she puts on her socks. She has them on right now. We are getting ready to leave for school and she doesn't want her feet to freeze again tonight. She's also going to wear them in the Cow Palace because it's supposed to be cold there, too.
