Today I got to sleep out on the couch, which in case you didn't already know is great fun. I like when my Mommy falls asleep in the living room because it means I get to have the run of the entire house instead of just her room and the hall. Then I went out in the backyard for some well-needed time with the tennis ball. I'm finally starting to feel more like myself after that mean dog attacked me. Then back inside for some more play time and some TV watching. I definitely wasn't happy though when Mommy had to go to the dentist and then decided to have lunch in the Castro without me. I sniffed her from head to toe when she got home and then pouted, however, she told me that it was a good thing she went to have lunch because she ran into Bruno's Daddies at Squat and Gobble and found out that they talked to the mean dog's owner. Apparently he still doesn't feel bad about what happened. Mommy said she was going to stop by the dog park to post up a sign for his information before going to work but she laid down for a couple hours and I tried to snuggle real close instead of helping her wake up. I hate when Mommy has to go to work but she tells me that we would have a house or food otherwise. I think this is weird since I stay at home and all I have to do is look cute and I get to have those things and a bunch of toys. Mommy's at work now but I'm at home with Uncle Francis and Mommy Kathy so I'm okay. I can't wait until Mommy gets home because then I get more time in the backyard.
