I admit that at first, I was all like, “What the heck is this Vine thing? How do I make it work? What’s the point?” But then I posted my first Vine and experienced how easy it was. Suddenly, I was addicted. Believe it or not, I have a film degree, so when I first interacted with Vine, I was all, “How do I make edits? Or roll credits?” and I was frustrated with its simplicity. But then I realized that its simplicity is its strength. It forces you to spontaneously create, and if there’s one thing I know you Dogsters are, it’s creative.
I was delighted to see people participating in my request to tag their Mother’s Day Vines #DogsterDogMom! As promised, here are five of my favorite Mother’s Day Vines:
1. Jäger the dog vs. his favorite green squid toy
It might only be six seconds, but that’s all we need to get the cuteness.
2. Dog moms have tireless fetching arms
Because dogs can play fetch all day, dog moms are ready to oblige.
3. Dog moms aren’t afraid of a little dog slobber
… but you can almost hear the dog in this video saying, “Aw, mom, don’t put that on the Internet!”
4. Like we said … endless fetch
How cute is the intensity with which this pup waits for the ball to be thrown?
5. Being a dog mom can be exhausting
But it’s totally worth it.
What do you think of Vine? Are you on it? What’s your username?
