What fun! This dog, the “Iams adoptable pet of the game” at a Northwest Arkansas Naturals minor league baseball game, got loose on the field and had a blast (and a potty break). That is one happy dog!
According to Yahoo Sports, Mona ended up finding a forever home after her antics. And thanks to the attention she drew, another family — second in line to adopt her — ended up adopting two other dogs. So even though Mona was never at bat, her giddy galloping scored a home run, potentially saving her life and the lives of two other Springdale Animal Shelter dogs.
