Yeast infections and allergy sores are usually an external manifestation of a food allergy. Check the ingredients list on your food bag. Are there lots of grains? Some dogs have grain allergies. It just so happens that grain converts into sugar in the dog’s body, and guess what yeast feeds on? Sugar. I would try a food with less grains (or higher-quality grains) or a grain-free food.
