A dog who was waiting in a car for her owner outside a Wisconsin T.G.I. Friday’s made a wee tactical error that may have resulted in thousands of dollars of damage to two cars.
Zena, a black lab, was probably just bored when she somehow accidentally bumped her car’s stick shift into neutral, causing the car to roll 75 feet in the parking lot and hit a pickup truck. Oopsy! But inquiring minds want to know: Was it an accident with the stick shift, or was Zena really just trying to get away — perhaps to visit some friends — while her owner enjoyed a big meal at the restaurant. The dog is not talking. (What else is new?)
