At long last, we have the three winners of the contest for the Pogo Plush toy. You were all over the map guessing how long it took Jake to rip the squeaky out of his Pogo Plush, and it was fun to watch the guesses come in.
Jake likes the confidence that Lady had in him, with her estimate that it took him a mere 1 minute and 13 seconds. Alas, her confidence was slightly misplaced. He is a little disappointed in Saynt72/Blossom, who figured it took Jake 11 minutes and 7 seconds. “She doesn’t think Jake is a dufus, it’s just a great toy,” explains Blossom’s person. Jake thinks Blossom needs to see him in squeaky-pursuit mode, and then she will never come up with a guess that’s so embarrassing to him again.
Amazingly, one of the winners nailed the time exactly, one was one second off, and one was three seconds off. (Do you guys have surveillance cameras or psychic powers or both?!) And a lot of you were pretty close!
Jake took 5 minutes and 23 seconds to rip open the toy and eviscerate the squeaky, which I promptly took from him. Moe guessed the time precisely. Nice job, Moe! Kathy B guessed 5 minutes and 22 seconds. Just one second off! And Trish figured it took him 5 minutes and 26 seconds — three seconds longer than it did. They each will win their very own Pogo Plush!
