Tri-State Weimaraner Rescue
Special Bulletin: Help Needed for Mill Dogs!
Hello everyone! Normally we wait until our quarterly newsletter to update you all on what’s going on with Tri-State, but we are in need of help. Tarheel Weimaraner Rescue of North Carolina has recently taken in approximately 42 dogs and 17 puppies (some as young as 1 week!) from a disbanded puppy mill. We are sending out a request to all of you for any help you can provide for these dogs.
We are in great need of foster homes for these dogs. If you can open your home to one of these dogs for 3-4 weeks, we urge you to contact us. These dogs need our help!
Tarheel is in need of:
Gift cards for dog food (Petco, PetsMart)
Dog bowls
Crates
Bedding
Money for veterinary care
Heartworm medication
Transportation
No amount is too small! Even a can of dog food can go a long way to helping these dogs and puppies get back on their feet and find their forever homes. There is no greater stress to a rescue group than a disbanded puppy mill. If you can give of your time or resources, we need you now more than ever.
If you can spare any item please contact Linda Gudusky at tomlin@comcast.net
To be a foster home, please contact Joe Callavini at joe@tristateweimrescue.org
Please help us help Tarheel Weimaraner Rescue save these dogs!
