Help This Kitty Get Home!

This is one cat that has a place to go and people who REALLY want her to get there! Meekah, shown above with her Auntie Icebox, has been rescued and is now trying to get to her new home. Numerous posts have been circulated around Dogster and Catster looking for a ride from Lexington, Kentucky to Cleveland, Tennessee.

I got this message in from Leann, mom to Dogsters Dahlila, Cinco, Blacky&Hearts, Max&Hearts, Buddy, and Catsters Dewey, Cali, and Lizzie. I know other cats and dogs (like Dogster Dakota and Catster Icebox) have been actively trying to find Meekah a way to get the 100 more miles to her new home.

You are doing a grreat job in dog blog. I know this about a cat but I was wondering if you could post this in the blog to get the attention of people not in any of the groups that have this posted (so far I’ve seen this twice in my inbox). Thanks alot and keep up the good work with the dog blog.

We are in desperate need of help!

We worked so hard to save this kitty from the killing shelter in Ohio and she needs help to get to her new home.

It is a waste to save this beautiful kitty from certain death to have her get stuck at the Lexington, KY shelter to die there instead.

She has a family who dearly wants her.

Don’t let this beautiful kitty get stuck at the Lexington, KY shelter. She will be halfway to her new home. (note from Joy –The last thing I saw was that she needs to get from Lexington, KY to Jellico, TN where she has transport waiting to her new home.)
