(Our home’s electricity is STILL out — going on Day 4 — so we will be trying to do all of the above from hotels and friends’ houses while we await city inspectors’ approval of the electricians’ work. If they don’t give it the green light soon, I will be adding the photo below to the inspiration for my weekend: “Don’t forget to get mad enough to get noticed!” I hope not to have to go there…)
