The LuLu Leash (Lights Up! Lights Up!) is a combination of fun and safe. The leash is chain with a light up neon cord wound through it so you and your furbaby can be VERY visible on those after dark strolls. You can set the light up to be on constantly or flash. There are two sizes of LuLu Leash for small or medium/large dogs.
Another nice feature is that the leash emits a soft, high-pitched sound to remind the human to turn it off. But the sound can also help puppies learn when its time to make those all important solid and liquid deposits on their walks.
