April is anti-animal cruelty month (though I think we should be practicing that all year round). You can’t help enforce laws if you don’t know them so the ASPCA has place on their site where you can learn about the laws in YOUR state.
You can even order laminated cards with the state laws for a number of states. That sure sounds like a great little goodie bag stuffer if you’re group is having a fundraiser! $10 for 50 cards isn’t bad.
