A resort where dogs get 5-star treatment

CNN-IBNFIVE STAR VACATION: Your furry friend could get some five star treatment in your absence.
Revathy Mukherjee plans to leave Mumbai this Diwali and expects nothing short of five star treatment for her six-month-old Spike in her absence.
“It’s an ideal place where they have so much of open space, where they can play around,” said Revathy.
Apsan Canine Resort on the outskirts of Mumbai is the brainchild of Aparna Kadam, who owns five dogs.
Aparna came up with the concept of a dog resort two years ago, when she didn’t know where to leave her pets when she left town.
Apsan today has 24 kennels four of which are fully air-conditioned. So while you are on a vacation, your precious pooch is not missing out on anything!
“A dog, which comes to stay with me for more than seven days, is groomed and then send back. We have lodging and training facility and we even have pick-up and drop facility. We pamper them so much they hate to leave,” said Aparna Kadam.
