A Minnesota dachshund is taking the rap for causing a car to crash into a liquor store earlier this week.
No one was injured in the crash, but the front of the booze shop was pretty messed up.
According to TV station KTSP, the dog’s owner said he was pulling the car into the liquor store’s parking lot when the dog jumped from his wife’s lap straight to the accelerator.
Is the dog really a lead-paw? Was he driving under the influence? Or is he taking the heat for someone who was a little too anxious to get a bottle? We’ll never know, but as we’ve seen time and time again, when dogs drive cars, it rarely turns out well.
