Meet The Newest Dog Star!

Just letting you know about the great dog that got picked today for dogeachday.com dog of the day. It is Murphy my dogster Boyfriend, he is a great pooch. He is kind and helpfull to everyone on the site. He deserves it!

Here’s what Brittany, Murphy’s furmom, had to say about him:

The day I went to pick up my new little guy was a day I thought would never come. Ive always wanted a puppy and I thought I would never get one. One day I woke up and my mommy told me she wanted to sit down and talk to me at breakfast. I sat down at the table and listened, the words that came out of her mouth were words I thought i would never hear. The four words rang in and out of my head like it was some kinda dream, Your getting a dog. I jumped up and down and thought wait, this couldn’t be true. I never really believed my mom till she woke me up the next day at 6am saying to get ready, I was half way asleep and drying to get dressed. Before I knew it we were on a two hour drive to New Jersey. After two long hours we pulled up in front of this house. I walked inside through the glass door, here comes this hyper puppy bouncing up at me, I kneeled down and petted the little guy and held him. I thought to myself, Is this dream really coming true! A really nice lady come out with a bag of toys, a brush and comb, treats, and food dishes! The lady said goodbye to the little puppy and led us out the door, I thanked her so much for making my dream come true! The whole ride home I still thought this wasn’t true, I finally gave up of not believing when we pulled in our driveway! I ran inside the house and hugged my new puppy. The puppy already had a name and it was Murphy. This took place a year and a half ago, Murphy is now a happy healthy 2 year old Shih-tzu. – Britanny
