I, like many of you was heart-broken to hear of Chloe’s untimely crossing of the Bridge.

Dear Joy:

We have sad news. Chloe the Princess Pug, who was featured in the blog for the ASPCA stroll, has gone to the bridge.

Chloe’s loss is a loss for the entire For the Love of Pug family, for the hundreds of Dogster friends who cared for her, and for the Rescued Pugs group who she represented so well.

We have all loved this small angel on wheels who has overcome every adversity life offered up, but whose amazing spirit humbled us all. We send our prayers, our love, our support and comfort to her brothers and to her family.

We want to honor a small girl who lost her ability to walk because of a senseless act of cruelty, but who regained her life and survived and thrived thanks to the tremendous love of her family, Cathy and Lee, and her pug brothers Buster and Pugsley.

With support, love, and prayers to her family,
The For the Love of Pugs Administrators

I never had the good fortune to meet Chloe but I feel like I know her through her diary and her activities here on Dogster. I wish her family peace.
