There are two sweet dogs who were just rescued from a terrible situation in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. But they aren’t safe yet. They need a place to stay for two weeks and then they can move into a loving foster home. If you can let these two furbabies stay with you for only two weeks you will save their lives. What a deal! Two weeks in your home and you can feel better about yourself because you were the person who made the difference in the lives of two innocent dogs!

Here is what Lillie, the woman in charge of finding our two Oklahoma canine friends a temporary home, has to say about their situation:

They are a male and female – both of which will be fixed immediately. The male appears to be a rott mix and the female is just mutt. They are totally devoted to each other – probably because they have always been in this salvage yard together. Cheryl, the lady that rescued them, has been feeding them about 8-9 months before getting the owner to agree to let her take them. I don’t think he wasn’t even feeding them. She says they have great personalities and just wonderful temperments. She is just devastated right now. The vet she took them and the puppies to didn’t even tell her he was taking the parents to the pound. They were to be put down yesterday, but the pound has agreed to hold them until Wednesday – tomorrow. Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated. Cheryl will provide food, is having them fixed, and will even come feed them if necessary. She will also get a dog house if one is not available. From what I understand she has a rescue that will take them in about two weeks. Cheryl has seven other dogs now and we are actually only allowed three here in Midwest City or she would take them herself. You can contact me with any additional information you may need or have.
