Good news from Bulgaria. Help for Animals-South Foundation is planning to begin construction on an animal shelter in Sofia. The new shelter will assist animals in the Slatina District. The foundation has already helped the pet population of Bulgaria through a neutering center which has provided 8,000 surgeries.
