THE “Paramount Vantage - Year of the Dog" SWEEPSTAKES

The “Paramount Vantage - Year of the Dog Photo Contest” is a free to enter Sweepstakes sponsored by Dogster.com ("Sponsor"). The " Paramount Vantage - Year of the Dog Photo Contest” (the "Sweepstakes") begins April 3rd, 2007 at 12:01 a.m. (Pacific Time) and ends May 20th, 2007 at 11:59p.m. (Pacific Time) (the “Sweepstakes Expiration”).

  1. ELIGIBILITY: Open only to residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older, except to employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, and the immediate family members of Sponsor, Paramount Vantage, Paramount Pictures Corporation and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion agencies and promotion partners (each, a “Sweepstakes Entity”). This Sweepstakes is void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

  2. ENTRY: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. You can enter this Sweepstakes via the Internet. You must be a member of Dogster.com to enter. Joining Dogster.com is free. Visit http://www.dogster.com/register.php for information regarding joining. After joining Dogster.com, use your computer to access the Sweepstakes section of the Dogster.com website, completely and correctly fill out the information requested on the Entry Form (“Entry Form”) and then follow the instructions provided to complete your entry by uploading a photo of your dog (“Photo”). The photo submitted must not be larger that 3 MB in size, be at least 4" x 6" in dimension, must be in a .tiff or .jpeg file format, and cannot include people. Information requested on Entry Form consists of your name, address (including zip code), telephone number (including area code), age and e-mail address. There is a limit of one entry per person. To be eligible, all entries for Sweepstakes must be received not later than the Sweepstakes Expiration. Multiple entries are ineligible. Entries that are late (including delayed data transmissions), forged, illegible, mutilated, incomplete, misdirected, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules will be disqualified.

  3. By entering this Sweepstakes and submitting a Photo (the "Material"), you represent and warrant to Sponsor and the Sweepstakes Entities that (i) the Material is wholly original and does not infringe upon or otherwise violate any right of any third party, (ii) you have all rights necessary to submit the Material in the Sweepstakes in accordance with these Official Rules, and (iii) no party other than you has any right, title or interest in and to the Material or any part of the Material. All tangible Material submitted will become the property of Sponsor and/or the Sweepstakes Entities and will not be returned. By entering the Sweepstakes, you grant to Sponsor and the Sweepstakes Entities a perpetual, fully-paid, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to reproduce, prepare derivative works of, distribute, display, exhibit, transmit, broadcast, televise, digitize, otherwise use, and permit others to use and perform throughout the world the Material in any manner, form, or format now or hereinafter created, including on the Internet, and for any purpose, including, but not limited to, advertising or promotion of Sponsor, the Sweepstakes Entities and their respective products and services, all without further consent from or payment to you. You agree that the Sponsor and Sweepstakes Entities have no obligation to use the Material. You hereby release and waive all claims that you may have, of any kind, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless, Sponsor, Sweepstakes Entities, and their respective affiliates, employees, officers, directors, and agents from any claim, liability, injury, damage or other loss arising out of or related to the Sweepstakes, your entry or participation in the Sweepstakes, including without limitation any Material submitted, any failure on your part to fully comply with these Official Rules, and any awarding, acceptance or use of any prize.

  4. SELECTION OF WINNER: Winners will be selected by Sponsor in a random drawing from all eligible entries on May 21st, 2007. Sponsor's decision shall be final and binding in all respects. By entering the Sweepstakes, Winner agrees to abide by the decision of the Sponsor. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by e-mail on/about May 22nd, 2007.

  5. PRIZES:
    FIRST PRIZE: One (1) Winner - Roundtrip airfare for for 2 humans, coach class, and 1 dog, cargo, from the major airport closest to Winner's residence, travel must be completed by October 30th 2007; standard hotel double occupancy chosen by Sponsor, that accepts dogs as guests; ; One (1) Gift basket from D.O.G.; one (1) Spa Day at LA Dogworks for the dog; one (1) day at The Club Beverly Hills; one (1) Gift certificate from GeorgeSF; one (1) six month supply of Dog food from Natural Balance. Winner shall be solely responsible for meals and incidentals and any expense related to the trip that are not specifically listed above. (ARV of First Prize is $2250)

    SECOND PRIZE: Twelve (12) special edition Year of the Dog Calendars. (ARV $20 each)

    THIRD PRIZE: Three Hundred Sixty Five (365) Shutterfly Poster Prizes. (ARV $25)

    Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the First Prize ($2250) dollars. The total ARV of all prizes is ($3500) dollars

    No cash or prize substitution is allowed except at the discretion of Sponsor and the Sweepstakes Entities. If the Sweepstakes prizes cannot be awarded for any reason regardless of whether it is before or after winners have been chosen and notified, including technical or creative reasons, or due to circumstances beyond the control of Sponsor, no substitute prize will be awarded. Prize is not transferable.

  6. CONDITIONS: By entering, participants agree to be bound by these complete Official Rules. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Sponsor, Sweepstakes Entities, and their respective officers, directors, parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies are not responsible for, (i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, stolen, postage due or illegible entries; (ii) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by the prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, or usage of the prize; or (iii) printing, distribution or production errors. In the event that a tentative winner is selected but cannot be contacted within a reasonable time, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, or if a prize prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or if a tentative winner refuses to sign and return the Affidavits, Releases and other documentation required by Sponsor as a condition to receiving the prize, the tentative winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected. Entry and/or acceptance of prize(s) constitutes permission for Sponsor, the Sweepstakes Entities and their respective agencies to use the winner's name, address (city and state) and/or likeness and Materials, for advertising and other commercial purposes without further compensation or authorization, worldwide and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media, now known and hereafter devised, including without limitation over the Internet, unless prohibited by law. Failure to do so will result in disqualification of the winner, and an alternate winner will be selected. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with this Sweepstakes will be ineligible for prizes and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as originally planned, such as tampering or infection by computer virus, Sponsor at its sole discretion reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Sweepstakes. Void where prohibited.

  7. DISCLAIMERS: Sponsors are not liable for losses or injuries of any kind resulting from acceptance/possession and/or use/misuse of prize(s), participation in Sweepstakes, or any technical malfunctions of the telephone network, computer Internet system, computer dating mechanism, computer equipment, software, or any combination thereof, or any entries that are late (including delayed data transmissions), tampered with, garbled, incomplete, misdirected, lost, forged, illegible, mutilated, mechanically duplicated, mass machine printed, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules. Sponsors are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage to an entrant's or third person's computer and/or its contents, related to or resulting from Sweepstakes.

  8. DISCLAIMERS: Sponsor is not liable for losses or injuries of any kind resulting from acceptance/possession and/or use/misuse of prize(s), participation in Sweepstakes, or any technical malfunctions of the telephone network, computer Internet system, computer dating mechanism, computer equipment, software, or any combination thereof, or any entries that are late (including delayed data transmissions), tampered with, garbled, incomplete, misdirected, lost, forged, illegible, mutilated, mechanically duplicated, mass machine printed, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules. Sponsor is not responsible or liable for any injury or damage to an entrant's or third person's computer and/or its contents, related to or resulting from Sweepstakes.

  9.
