Warl's programs focus both on caring for today’s homeless and abandoned animals and creating a brighter future for those who have yet to be born. Our innovative Shelter Animal Relief Effort (ShARE) brings together shelters and rescue organizations across the region to help alleviate the effects of the pet overpopulation crisis. To prevent additional unwanted litters of dogs and cats, which only exacerbate this crisis, we operate the only free Spay/Neuter clinic open to all residents in the Washington area regardless of income.
