Update: 'Who's a Cutie?'

Wow! We never expected the tail-wagging enthusiasm for this new feature that allows members of the Dogster community to vote for their favorite dog pages. We have had over 100,000 votes already! That is so cool. Isn’t it such a fun way to view the dogs?

We have made a few changes to the feature since we launched it a week ago in ‘beta’ mode. We have changed the scale from a 1 to 10 scale to 1 to 5 paws. The main reason for this is that we want to emphasize that you are not rating the dog but the dog’s page (i.e. photos, favorite walks, arrival story, biographical information). We want to know what entries are the most compelling, the most fun and the most interesting. We want to encourage the cutest pix, the most riveting arrival stories and the best dog personalities in the dog diaries. If we were rating the dogs themselves, it would be pointless… all dogs on Dogster are perfect tens! WOOF!

Tip: Creating a profile and avatar takes just a minute and is a great way to participate in Dogster's community of people who are passionate about dogs.
