Ma says I would be tolerated, but I don't sit still long enough to go to the office, especially since Fridays are her busiest days. Bummer, dudes.

Momma is on vacation this week but I wouldn't have been able to go with her..She works outside and its to hot out there and too dangerous...
I'd love to bring her (and my co-workers would love it to) but I'm afraid with just three weeks out from a puppy mill rescue it would be more traumatic for her than fun. Maybe next year. :)

Before my mommy lost her job in April I could go to work with her once in a while for any reason and I was always welcome!

My mom's office was relocating, so we celebrated "Take Your Dog To Work Day" on 10 June 2009. What a great time -- I loved it! Let's do it again soon!!

I get to go to work everyday. My mom and daddy and grandparents(moms parents) are all there, family business. My gramp's only got 20% sight in one eye and when he comes toward where I am I know to move.

Mom works at a vet office in the boarding department. I don't think she wil bring me or Hank on Friday though.I bark when left alone and wouldn't be allowed to hang out up front with the receptionists while Mom worked.
Mom has many other guests to attend to usually on a Friday.
My mommy works in an area where you need special clearance. They will not give it to doggies so I have to stay at home on the couch in the living room, like I do every day when she leaves me.

I used to go with mama every "bring your dog to work" day when I was younger. Now that I am almost 15 I have too many health problems. A lot of the people that mama works with still ask how I am doing. They remember me from my puppy days! I think mama should take me one last time!

Benny gets to go to work with me almost every day! He has a bed in my office and loves visiting his best friend, Angel, a 13.5 year old cockapoo who lives at the house where I work as a personal assistant. Benny particularly loves riding along with me on the 30-45 minute drive each way.

I used to greet every customer at the front counter, by standing on my hind feet until one day when some lady ran outside screaming "Dog! Dog! I'm afraid of dogs!" Well, that ended that! :-( Now I have the run of the back of the store, and only get to go into the showroom when customers ask to see me. Being 13+ I sleep pretty much all day on my cot and quilt in Mom's office. So, Yes! I'll be at Mom's office on "Take your dog to work day!"

Mom took us to work with her on the week end before but she was recently layed off. So we wont be going to work this year...sniff sniff sniff...
I wish I could take my dog to work with me everyday. It would make me a much happier person to have my best friend with me all day. I work in a grocery store so that's not allowed. hehe

We go to work with Mom alot since she works at a job that allows us to do this. She is a field Secretary and works at various construction sites. All the workers love us when we go to work with her. We love being able to run in the fields and explore new sites....well as much as we can when on our leads.

My mom works for a State agency - no pets allowed in any of the buildings at any time. But she takes Fridays off during the summer, so she'll be home with me this Friday anyway! And we always go somewhere on her Friday off, so I love summertime. One whole day - just her and me! We have the best time on those days! I just LOVE summer!
I go to work with my Mommy everyday. I have my own office with a four poster bed in it. I have two other beds as well. I am a very lucky little girl. My bubber, Max stays at home because he gets too nervous. Mommy calls him "Homeboy". But he could come if he wanted to.
I am really lucky, I get to take my dog to work every day. I work for a communictions contractor and we really don't have walk-in business so Bentley, my 7mo. blue chihuahua and Gus, my 3 yr. grandpuppy chihuahua get to come with me everyday!

I am planning for the Humane Society to come to our office (I'm an optometrist) for a mini-adoption 1/2 day. If they get any donations, I plan to match them. I am hoping this will be another way to aid the community and the animals in need -- we have 5 rescue dogs at home, so this seemed a better way to participate.

I own a barbershop and Mushu goes with me every day to work. My biggest problem is keeping him from trying to eat hair all day!
As the Park Caretaker PennyLee loves making the rounds with me. However early in the morning when we open the gate we see many deer,otters, rabbits and others that she loves to chase. So I really have to hold on to her. She is getting use to seeing them so it works out great.

My Mumma's office is really puppy friendly! We have puppies in the office almost everyday! and Mum just loves it ... awwww.....but I can always tell when she has been cheating on me BOL!!!

I would like to try this fun and exciting idea. My Mom works at a hospital but she has worked with therapy dogs before. Our hospital doesn't have a therapy dog program. I am very cuddly though. i do tend to wack people with my paw to get attenion and some people might not like that. My Mom works where babies are born and she says we are not considered "clean" enough to go where the new babies are. I am looking forward to my first traveling vacation though in October to the Stanford Inn by the Sea in Medocino, WOOF!

I single pawed-ly managed to get the Employee Manual at my Mama's place of work changed. Mama stopped by with me once on her day off, after a vet visit. The "Important People" were so alarmed that they re-wrote a section of the employee manual to say "employees may not bring pets to the workplace."
And I didn't even pee on anything or bite anybody! And just last week, the same bunch made a co-worker of Mama's take her goldfish home!

My mom works in a grocery store kitchen and her boss would go crazy if he saw my hair floating over the subs. I better stay in the air conditioning with my doggie buddy Charlie. It is safer.
My mommy works from home so Elwood and I get to help her all day long. Okay, she's on the phone most of the day and neither of us can type - but we keep her company and she says we are great stress relievers (that's a job right?). Anytime she needs a break she takes us in the backyard to play for a while.
I work in the branch office for my company by myself and Trixie Mae comes to work with me everyday. So Friday will be no different than any other day.

My office had two take your dogs last year. Alas, only one this year. But Colby will be coming. He has fun altho he gets a little whiny in the afternoon. Bonus: my boss let me leave early to take him home.
We will be leaving for vacation on Friday, to the Great Smoky Mountains, so we will not be taking our babies to work but they will be staying home and having our friends "doggy-sit" for the weekend.
I am still in school but I think that it's really cool that dogs are allowed to come to work, even if it's only for one day. But my mom and dad work out of their house, so their dog gets to "go" to work with them.
Even though dogs are allowed at the other campus of our company, the boss said no last year. I'm going to approach him again tomorrow.
Mama's on summer break until August. However, I overheard her making an appt. with the groomer for that morning. Yikes!

Mommy works at a construction company. Even though two of our bosses have canine family members, I am sure that if it wasn't because there are too many big machines around they might let us come to visit. But.... Mommy takes alot of pride in me, she has me all over her computer desktop and her corkboard behind her. Both me and my bichpoo girlfriend, Princess, is all over the board. Woof!

My mom works in a lab-no pets allowed. But the lab is sponsoring a "Bring Your Pet's Picture to Work Day" to celebrate. The pictures will be displayed and a special pet of the day will be chosen in a very democratic way...a name will be drawn from a hat! The winner gets a $25.00 gift certificate! Isn't that cool?

Humama is a teacher, and school here is out until August, so I guess that's kinda a 'no' answer. Howlever, if you consider that I have three ten-year-old skin brothers, I am around all day when Humama is a mama and cooks, does laundry, so that is kinda a 'yes'. Humama is an itinerant teacher, so I cannot go with her when she goes to a school. Howlever, if she should come home to do paperwork (which she does once in a grrreat while), I am here. So an ambiguous answer furom my pack. Interesting survey, indeed!

We drive an 18 wheeler, so our dogs go to work with us 7/24's. Sometimes they are the only sane thing in our day. We've had 5 poms over the last 17 years and have never been away from them for over 8 hours.
Dulcie & I are retired so we'll spend the day at home.
There is no way I could take Bailey to work even if they allowed it...he'd bark at everyone all day!

I asked to take a half day off since Scout couldn't handle an entire day at work. I was told it was preferred that I left Scout at home. I decided to take the entire day off work. I guess you could call it "Stay Home With Your Dog Day"!
If mommy hadn't been off sick she would have. She takes me quite often. I am the boss of everything there. Even her bosses 2 GSD's. Koda is 110 lbs and I push him around. I'd rather be home but if daddy has a full day of appointments I go with mommy.
