February 27 is Spay Day USA February 27 is Spay Day USA, and The Humane Society of the United States is partnering with local groups to get tens of thousands of pets spayed and neutered. This year, The HSUS is thrilled to offer you fun and easy ways to get involved with Spay Day USA events throughout the country.
