Visiting the ancient Incan citadel of Machu Picchu, high in the Andean Mountains, requires days of travel and acclimating to the high altitudes. Now imagine bringing your dog, too -- especially when dogs aren't really allowed.
Dogster's longtime travel columnist, Helen Fazio, recently visited Peru with her intrepid companion, Raja the Shih Tzu.
