Sadly, there have been a couple freak accidents this month involving a boarding facility and an animal hospital. First, Martha Stewart's dog was one of 17 dogs killed when a propane tank exploded at a boarding kennel in eastern Pennsylvania. A few days later, a fire broke out at the Cape Cod Animal Hospital. Horrific accidents that bring to mind the question: How prepared is your dog kennel for an emergency?
