“This is a temporary location for the park while the original park at H Ave & 38th St is being renovated. There is no running water at the park so patrons bring in jugs of water as needed. The park includes and large pipe tunnel and a hanging hoop for the dogs to jump through. Since it is temporay it is a park "in the ruff." There is seating, a bulletin board, and doggie waste bags are provided.”
