Who's Eligible?Anyone with a valid ID can adopt an animal from the shelter. However, services are only provided for the following personnel: active duty and retired personnel and dependents, Reservist on active duty more than 30 days, 100% DAV personnel, Department of Defense civilians on orders and all Armed Forces Branches. |
