“Parley's Nature Park, adjacent to Tanner Park, is a popular off-leash area for Salt Lake City dogs. There are many trails and a stream, as well as picnic areas outside the off-leash area in Tanner Park.”

Best place ever!

This is one of the best dog parks I've ever seen. We lived for many years in CA and nothing compares. Sadly, the city council is considering reducing our use of the area for no good reason. It has streams, a pond, lots of paths and more. The dogs LOVE it and are really good with each other. I've also seen people without dogs come just to see the dogs play. 88 acres is wonderful and perfect for my big dog. There's also a bike mogul area that bikers use so it it used for more than just dogs. LOVE IT! Fight to keep it.

Great Park

When Ricki was young we loved to walk this park. It is a great place for fun off leash place for dogs to socailize and excise.

my favorite!

This is one of my favorite places to go - I love to swim in the water. Most dogs are very friendly and good. I have never been in a fight here, and for the most part people are good at communicating whether their dogs want to play. There are many, many sticks and tennis balls to be found in the stream, plenty of places to run and play, birds to chase, and dogs to be friends with.
