Does not have a large selection of premium foods and products, customer service is lacking - while visiting Portland I asked about availability and pricing for a specific food (ZiwiPeak), got a phone call weeks later that they had ordered the food for me and it had come in and I had to come and pick it up - I never asked them to order it, their pricing was very high ($100 for 11lbs.) and I live on the East Coast so cannot go pick it up! The person I spoke to on the phone (supposedly the owner) was not very nice and would not quote a price for shipping when I offered to purchase the food if they could ship it to me, she simple told me she would return the food to the distributor. |
