“This store is of course the first thing people think of for pets. And while they have tons of good stuff, I noticed they don't often have specialty items, like the Wellness dry food my cat needs. But they do good things, like hosting animal adoptions.”
Rude people- and too few people!We tried to take Parker and Jack for daycamp for the day. They had spent a loong time in the airport the day before and needed some running time. I called Petsmart, and they said to come right over. The first thing we notice- about 25 dogs in the tiny daycamp area. All sizes, all ages, ONE PERSON watching them. I was ready to leave then, but thought at least the dogs would be getting to play. I showed the staff the dogs records. They didn't believe Jack's was real. It came with him from the rescue. The records itself are from the shelter he was saved from. Then, they tell us, despite the fact that they had the 1 year Bordatella they needed to get it every 6 months. Does that make any sense!?!? It's obviously got immunity for 1 year (probably longer), why do I need to give it every 6 months then?? They were incredibly rude about it. They left us with a sour taste in our mouths, and we will be writing corporate a letter. |
