Noah's Ark is a great vet in the Brookside area. In addition to two great doctors, they also have a wonderful and supportive staff. Scrappy's dealt with lots of health issues and they've been awesome throughout.

River City Chihuahua Rescue (RCCR) is a non-profit, voluntary organization. We have no paid employees. We are a local, internet-based organization dedicated to the rescue, medical care and adoption of stray and homeless Chihuahuas in need. We help control the growing overpopulation by spaying and neutering all dogs in our care. We provide all necessary veterinary treatment and place them in foster homes until they are adopted into forever homes. Whenever possible, RCCR also raises public awareness regarding the abuse and neglect of Chihuahuas as well as overpopulation caused by not spaying and neutering.

This is a large, lighted, handicapped-accessible off-leash dog park located in University City, MO.
They offer shaded areas, benches, and chairs for owners, and water for dogs (not in winter months).
