PetSmart is the WHOLE Package!!

After having some terrible boarding experiences with Duke we were nervous about trying out a new place. One day we were randomly inside of PetSmart getting some supplies and saw the Pet Hotel. We walked inside the Pet Hotel to what felt like doggy boarding heaven. You really felt like you were in a hotel lobby checking in. The staff was super helpful and went over what the hotel offered. Not only did they have a great boarding program, but they also offered doggy day camp. We decided to sign Duke up for doggy day camp so he could socialize with other pups. It has now been over a year of Duke attending dog camp and the experience has been fabulous. The staff truly loves the dogs that attend day camp and make you feel so comfortable. Duke loves going to so much that when we enter the Pet Hotel he goes and waits by the door that leads to the play area. When Duke was sick the staff made a personal phone call to see how he was doing and also sent a get well card. I also forgot to mention that the Pet Hotel offers training classes. We had Duke do personal sessions with Karen and she was amazing. We highly recommend Karen for training. Duke responded so well to her commands. The Pet Hotel also offers group classes. The other super great benefit of PetSmart is the Banfield Pet Hospital. Duke was being seen by another vet clinic and it was always a so so experience. You never had the same vet which makes communication very complicated. One day when Duke was sick I decided to take him to Banfield Pet Hospital instead. I am so happy that I did. The two Vet's and the staff at Banfield's are just amazing. They call after every visit or procedure to see how Duke is doing. My child's doctor's office doesn't even do that. I know that they love Duke. Duke is always totally comfortable when he goes to Banfield for a visit. Which for Duke is more than normal because he has had many golden issues - food allergies, skin rashes, etc. PetSmart is a gigantic family from the PetHotel, Banfield's, the Groomer and the other store employees. Thank you for creating such a wonderful environment for dogs!!

I Heart PetSmart!

This is my favoritest place to go in the world! Everyone there knows me and they are always happy to see me and give me treats. Sometimes they even say hi to my daddies, but usually it's all about me. I like to go there to see my doctor. I got my degrees in good-dogness there (Beginner *and* Intermediate!) I love to go to Day Camp sometimes and I have stayed at the Pets Hotel too. It is very much fun.
