Best Clothing variety aroundPenelope's always has the cutest outfits for small dogs The store has a great selection and is not majorly overpriced like some other dog boutiques. I love this place!My mom takes me here and they are always so nice to me! They let me try things on and they are always having a sale. I got some really great winter coats here to keep me warm. My mom also bought me some sweaters....but I hate wearing them. Plus, they always give me a yummy treat! |
