Animal Shelters, Rescue Organizations
271 Plauche Street
New Orleans, LA 70123
ARNO is an all-volunteer 501c3 running a triage no-kill shelter for dogs and cats. We have a strong foster, volunteer and pet retention program, as well as hold offsite adoption events. Our niche is animals that would not be readily adopted at a traditional shelter, whether because of health or behavior or age or injury. We are only the second group in the country who rehabs feral dogs. We also supply trapping services to help with TNR of feral cats.
