DR. CARTER RULEZ!!!Dr. Carter is my doctor at Downtown Animal Hospital, he really cares about all of his clients. He always takes his time with us, never rushing. We live wayyyy on the other side of Lake Charles (deep in the south side of Lake Charles) and my mommy drives all the way downtown just go to Dr. Carter (when there is serveral vets near our hour or serveral we pass up but none has a DR.
